Aaron Drake is a composer based in Los Angeles, California. Aaron began studying piano at age five and has a rounded repertoire that includes both classical and modern music. Drake earned his Bachelor of Music in Composition from San Francisco State University. His studies have also taken him to the Staatliche Hochschule fur Musik in Trossingen, Germany. Aside from his compositional work, Aaron's experience includes an interest in interdisciplinary projects such as kinetic sculpture and sound installation. His projects have included improvisational composition for theater and collaborative art pieces with visual artists. Currently, he is working towards a MFA at California Institute of the Arts.
